Jetbas Terms and Conditions — Complete User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Jetbas platform and all associated services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

Jetbas reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be sent to your registered email address or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Odds Changes: Once a bet is confirmed, the original odds apply even if the odds change afterwards.
• Technical error: Jetbas reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Maximum bet limit: Separate limits apply to each event and market.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% match bonus on your first deposit. Wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
• Free bet: Free bets are awarded upon meeting specific conditions. Winnings earned from free bets are available for withdrawal.

• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using fraudulent or stolen payment information.

Jetbas monitors suspicious activity and reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities when necessary.

Users may request account closure at any time. Once you contact Jetbas Support, the closure will be processed within 48 hours.

Jetbas may, at its own discretion, suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false information.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Suspicious betting patterns.
• Court order or request from a law enforcement agency.

Before an account is closed, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — however, this may not apply in cases where our terms have been violated.

Jetbas provides its services on an "as is" basis. Jetbas is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Failure of a third-party payment provider.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen technical issues.
• Loss of account credentials due to the user's own negligence.

Under no circumstances shall Jetbas's total liability exceed the total value of the transaction in question.
